Jomin is an award-winning filmmaker, born in Kerala and raised in Mumbai. The lush landscapes and rich culture of Kerala, combined with the bustling urban stories of Mumbai, have shaped his distinct storytelling voice.
A mechanical engineer by degree and a filmmaker by passion, Jomin discovered his true calling eight years ago when his debut short film organically garnered 3.2 million views on YouTube. His breakthrough came in 2019 when he won the prestigious "Signature Award" for Best Film at the India Film Project - Asia’s largest content creation festival - outshining 35,000 filmmakers across 35 cities in a 50-hour filmmaking challenge.
Since then, Jomin has directed and produced 200+ films for 85+ brands, spanning commercials, narratives, documentaries, ad campaigns, fashion films, movie promos, animations, and aftermovies. His portfolio includes work for top-tier brands like Adidas, Chivas, Lakme, PVR INOX, L&T Realty, T-Series, Zee, Herman Miller, Bain & Co, and a range of luxury and consumer-facing labels.
He also had the incredible opportunity to shape the branded content for one of India’s most prestigious fashion events — Lakmé Fashion Week — serving as Creative Director with Reliance Brands Limited.
His short films have been featured in MTV, Jio Hotstar, Kalaghoda Film Festival, Metro Film Festival etc.
Beyond filmmaking, Jomin is a marketer, brand consultant, and an entrepreneur. His signature style blends quirky humor, inspiring moments, and emotional hooks—crafting stories that not only entertain but resonate. Known for marrying ideas with talent and vision, he brings a rare fusion of creativity, strategic thinking, and production expertise to every project.
Jomin is currently working on two of his dream feature film projects—one in Malayalam and the other in Hindi—marking an exciting new chapter in his storytelling journey.
